How do I take paint off Polished-Aluminum Wheels?

I have Polished-Aluminum Wheel and powder coated them black with a clear coat … had this done at a body shop now just want to get rid of the paint….How can I do this by myself without having anyone else do it? Thank you
just curious how much would sandblasting all 4 rims cost?

If you had them powder coated you will need to sand blast them to remove it.
