Powder coats are pretty stong, I would think any quality paint polish would do. Maybe check local body shop

Mel – pie u said powder coat chrome…. u mean paint. If it is really dull get some Dupont white polish compound and HAND RUB till the milky surface is gone. Then use turtle wax.

I used a compound called TR-3 years ago and it worked well too, but haven't seen it in years. Remember HAND! These compounds will take all the paint off pretty quick with an electric buffer.

Pro Honda Cleaner + Polish, comes in an aerosol can. Most amazing thing ever invented since Red Bull

There is no such thing as powder coated chrome. If its chrome use Mothers Mag and Aluminum cleaner. If it's powder coat use most any auto cleaner.
