		<description>Mel - pie u said powder coat chrome.... u mean paint. If it is really dull get some Dupont white polish compound and HAND RUB till the milky surface is gone. Then use turtle wax. 

I used a compound called TR-3 years ago and it worked well too, but haven&#039;t seen it in years. Remember HAND! These compounds will take all the paint off pretty quick with an electric buffer.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
