How to Polish Old Dirty Aluminum Wheels ?

I found some old rims on a car. They are really oily and bad around the center where the lug nuts are. The aluminum is not smooth, it has a texture on it. I want to clean off the oil and then polish them like new and shiny. What kind of drilling attachments or chemicals they have OTC? I’m going to remove them from the car and get them 100 percent. thanks

Get some tire and wheel cleaner[available at any dept. or auto parts store].That will remove any oil film or grime that’s on the wheels.then polish them with Never Dull metal polishing cloth.
