Ive just removed most of the fire sticker from my 06 kawasaki ninja 250 with a blow dryer and its is left with lots of residue.
Ive used nail polish remover and a lot of alcohol and seem like the residue wont go away.
please help
after removing the sticker, i still can see the shape of the sticker that was taken off. is it suppose to be like that?
Use Zippo lighter fluid. Its great for removing sticky residue…its even advertised for that use on the bottle.

Goo be gone (sp?) works pretty well at removing weird things when I clean my car, and it takes stickers off of the body and windshield.
Give it a try, pretty cheap over at the wally world.

if lighter fluid doesn’t work, I am a fan of 3m adhesive remover in an aerosol can. you can find it at your finer autobody suppy store. $8-$12 per can and worth every penny. It is an excelent cleaner too.
