What can I use to clean my chrome wheels?

I have chrome wheels on my car and I would like to know which product would be the best for me to use. The wheels have water spots (well that’s what it looks like) on them and I try my best to clean them up but the spots are still there. I have been reading around and it seems as if most people are using Mothers Chrome Polish. Is this the best thing to use? What would you recommend?

Magic Eraser yea i know but it works removes brake dust faster than anything i have used

I use 000 steel wool to clean them and then put a good coat of wax on them.
