Lenses can’t be re-polished in any way , shape or form.
Even as a last resort…it can’t be done.
Nothing has been invented that can re- polish an optical lens to remove scratches without damaging the lenses.
You mention an anti reflection coating, so your lenses may have a 2 year warranty on them . Check where you got them from.
