I have seen some stainless that is as shiny and bright as chrome. Can all/some stainless steel be buffed to that luster?

I used to work in a restaurant with polished stainless steel right next to the kitche…so it was always dull and greasy. We found that if you cleaned as best you could, then rubbed a lemon wedge on it and buffed it, it polished it pretty good.
I don't know if that helps with your question…but I thought I'd say it anyway.
