I like the look of a kicker but also like the convenience of the electric start. Call me greedy but I wanted them both and either of them will work. For a couple years Harley also produced bikes with both options.

Um, when the battery is dead, I just get my bike rolling, jump on, put it in gear, let off the clutch and start it that way. If you got a slope/hill somewhere close, all the better. To with kick starting.
