Total cost for paint alone was about $200 but that doesn’t include the cost for the homemade paint booth. Filters were a few bucks, plastic a few more. Tarps, tape, paint gun, wood for the stands, all add up.
We already own a 33 gallon compressor. You need the large capacity so you don’t lose pressure.
Some paint shops rent out their paint booths which might be worth looking into. All you would need would be a paint gun and your paint.
